This small guide -or theory- will work mostly for people (as like me) have been using glasses their entire life.

I had a shitty eye area. My eyes looked like shit but I couldnt identy why. My maxilla, my orbitals, my browridge, were well developed. but still, i had shit eyes.

I realized because of the fact I used glasses my entire life, I never used my eye muscles and relyied only on the frontalis to do expressions or to "squint" but instead of using the orbicularis, I used the frontalis.

This caused me to have an extra strong frontalis that raised my eyebrows a lot. So I stopped using my frontalis. 2 months gone and everyday I see more progress. It even changed the shape of my eyebrows of like have a M of macdonalds eyebrow shape in my face, to actually having neutral eyebrows.

For the same reason that I only used the frontalis, I never used the muscles of the eyes so I had to fix that. I just started actually moving and using my eyes like a normal human being. I realized that before only looking up hurted, so I guess that was an indication of how recessed my eye muscles were. I trained the extraocular muscles, and my UUE in one eye disappeared, waiting for seeing more progress in the other eye.

Perhaps this will not work for many of you, but for you four eyed folks might work. In my particular case it saved my eye area.
