This is my first guide, so it may have some flaws, but I have tried my best

First you need to find out if it's caused by bad habits and skin quality or recessed infraorbitals. For newbies: your infraorbitals are bones which lay under your eyes and a recessed one could potentially make your eye area seem like you have eyebags. This can be solved with fat grains or implants if you want to hardmaxx, but note that most men have this and it's not a big deal for average people, so you should only consider this if it's really bad and have the money for it. I won't explain the procedure for this because there are tons of threads discussing it, but you can measure it by taking a picture of your eyes from the side and draw a straight line, if it's negative like in the picture shown below you should blame your genetics, if it's not then be happy, note that this could change as you lose face fat.

Infraorbitals

If your infras are not recessed your eyebags are potentially due to bad sleep habits and skin quality. I won't explain this further because it's self-explanationary, but sleep at least 7-8 hours and drink at least 3L per day, so your body stays healthy. Moving on here comes the actual methods I'll be using to fix mine if it returns (I don't have them currently, but to be sure I'll keep taking care of them). Here's a list of serums and accessories you'll need to improve your eye area
  • Castor Oil
    (serum that contains it highly)
  • Eyelash Curler
(for curling the upper & lower eyelids)
  • Tweezers
    (for shaping the eyebrowns)
  • Ice Cubes
(for skin puffiness and overall skin health, can be swapped with cucumbers)
  • Hyaluron
    (serum that contains it highly)
  • Caffeine
    (serum that contains it highly)
  • Squalene
    (serum that contains it highly)
  • SPF 5%
(for protecting the eye area from UV)
  • UV Protecting Glasses
(not necessarry but good to have in case)

You should aim to find these serums seperately from each other for best results and use of ingredients, but it doesn't matter that much as long as it contains them highly, although I'll link the ingredients that are contained by the serums I used / 'm using and some sources from health care websites with details for them, if you want to dive deeper, but all of them are either found naturally in your body or harmless, for now just accept that it'll hopefully cure your eyebags and make your eyebrowns and lashes nicer, which is an important thing to grind if you want to ascend.

  1. BEFORE YOU GO TO BED:
  2. Wash face with Clean Water
(Dry it a little bit but not too much so it stays watery, excuse me for bad english)
  3. Apply Hyarulon at your eyebags
(1 tiny drop at each side squashed around with clean hands)
  4. Wait 30-60 seconds
  5. Apply Squalane at your eyebags
(1 tiny drop at each side squashed around with clean hands)
  6. Wait 30-60 seconds
  7. Apply Castor Oil
(You can pick an earpick and gently put it on the start of the eyelashes and fully on the eyebrows,
but be careful as they need to be completely or mostly dry so it actually has an effect)
  8. Go to bed and sleep 8 hours
(THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT "STEP")
  9. AFTER WAKING UP:
  10. Wash face with Clean Water
(Dry it a little bit but not too much so it stays watery, Castor Oil needs to be washed off completely)
  11. Use Eyelash Curler
(clean them after usage, for usage of device: Tutorial)
  12. Use Ice Cubes or Cucumber Slices
(Gently move them in circular each side at your eyebags, 1 minute total is enough)
  13. Apply Caffeine at your eyebags
(1 tiny drop at each side squashed around with clean hands)
  14. Wait 30-60 seconds
  15. Apply SPF 5% at your eyebags
(Pepper sized drop at each side squashed around with clean hands)
  16. EXTRA STEP: WEAR UV GLASSES AT SUNNY DAYS
(END OF ROUTINE, APPROXIMATELY TAKES 5-10 MINUTES TOTAL)

This is the easiest routine you can follow along, it takes around 50$-75$ total depending on your country and the quality of products you buy

what does squalene and hyraulon do ?
look at the sources g, but shortly: hyaluron helps to keep your face well hydrated as it can store 1000x times more as it's weight (water), and squalene makes sure your skin gets "closed" afterwards the routine (that's why it's last) so the shits you applied on your face don't go to waste and actually have a benefit (key part in skin quality restoring and keeping it clean). Feel free to ask more if you have any leftover questions g :feelsautistic:

sorry I didn't understand your question at first, you mean the lower eyelids and the under eye area? there shouldn't be any noticable fat if you're lean, it's aeggyo sal probably you're reffering to, but if not my products have these ingredients listed down below:

hyaluron serum:
Aqua, Sodium Hyaluronate, Propylene Glycol, Panthenol, Xanthan Gum, PPG-1-PEG-9 Lauryl Glycol Ether, Phenoxyethanol, Disodium EDTA.
caffeine serum:
Aqua, Caffeine, Propylene Glycol, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol, PPG-1-PEG-9 Lauryl Glycol Ether, Disodium EDTA.
Squalene serum:
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Squalane, Vitamin A Palmitate / Retinyl Palmitate, Vitamin E Acetate / Tocopheryl Acetate.

the first two have aqua, propylene glycol, xanthan gum, PPG-1-PEG-9 Lauryl Glycol Ether, Disodium EDTA

you think of latisse, it's known mostly for eyelashes but as you said it will sunken your under eye area if it's done wrong (even if it's correctly done there'll be some side effects), also minoxidil is recommended a lot but since those two are the most popular lazy suggestions in my opinion, I tried not to include them so ppl like me who don't wanna take those or just want a more natural way can also ascend a bit, thanks for rep btw, gave you a rep back too, have a nice day :feelsautistic:

yep latisse can make your eye area look sunken, it lowkey destroys your skin a little bit. Also please leave a rep (like button on right) if you found this guide useful, thanks :feelsmage:
