Eye Area Tips / Surgery Recommendations

As I’m sure you all can tell I have very obvious eyebags that are even kinda hard to hide with concealer, how could I go about softmaxxing my eyes? If softmaxxing isn’t enough, what surgeries could I get to fix my eye area? I turn 18 next year and plan on getting surgery if I can.

(I’m on the right, i’m also wearing tinted sunscreen and a few dots of concealer on my undereyes)
