From august to october i was religiously doing orbicularis oculi exercises and that shit WORKS
My hooding got better, i've got ageyo sal which i've never had before and i found it easier to hold my eyes in a squinted position (not retartedly squinting only just, so it looks natural)
The only problem that i found and the reason i stopped doing it is that i started to get a crease on top of my nose like this
you see how he has this crease above his nose and the same thing always gets pumped when i do the exercises
Is there any way to get less activation of this muscle?
