Eye Area Training WORKS but at what cost

From august to october i was religiously doing orbicularis oculi exercises and that shit WORKS
My hooding got better, i've got ageyo sal which i've never had before and i found it easier to hold my eyes in a squinted position (not retartedly squinting only just, so it looks natural)

The only problem that i found and the reason i stopped doing it is that i started to get a crease on top of my nose like this

you see how he has this crease above his nose and the same thing always gets pumped when i do the exercises

Is there any way to get less activation of this muscle?

eye muscle frauding literally saved me, just isolate what muscles you use and don't use muscles below your eye because it causes eyebag

yeahh its so good, can you give an example how to squint properly i have my technique but it involves too much of the muscle above the nose

don't "squint" thats autistic, this is really fucking hard to explain but just essentially "push forward" with all your eye muscles to give better support
