Is there any way to fix your eyes? I have no uee but I have neutral canthall tilt and "sloppy" eyes, like my eyes are very rounded on the bottom

the problem lies in your eyebrows

Should I derma roll and use some kind of oil or is that just cope? And should I try to get them a little bit like Ian sommerhalder?

Ian somerhalder has very rare eyebrow arch
You could use derma roll+ coconut or castor

Oils are cope, use minoxidil.

Derma alone doesn’t do anything but dermarolling with minoxidil increases its absorption.
