almost ideal IPD but sclera is showing too much unfortunately even with that squinting, realistic ranking is mtn eye area I would say

My eye bags are not from a lack of sleep they are just part of my retarded ass skull

You need under eye support. Idk what the implants are called but they go on your inferior orbital / upper maxilla
