The only way to change eye spacing is through surgery. This is sadly one of the few things that's determined by your genetics. Even if you're in puberty, your only option is surgery. So consider surgical options (box osteotomy, facial bipartition, etc.). You can also try to use optical illusions to try and take attention away from your flaw, like manipulating your eyebrow shape or somehow bringing more attention to surrounding structures.

maybe because it will make your face wider but it doesnt actualy make it closer together
