How did you not find a guide? You litteraly search eye area and you'll find 20 different guides

Basically you'll need to max out two things

Eyelashes and brows, take minox or fin to that, then dye them black, if you're blond dye them dark brown, eyelashes can fraud most ratios and sometimes straight reshape your eye area

That's about it, all the rest is mostly skin care for undereyes

There are guides for colored contacts as well

As for hardmaxing it depends on your eye area

The best results are mostly from:

Fat graphing

Bottox on the upper eyelid

Orbital decompression

Canthoplasty
