But topical minoxidl is proven to work very well.

He didn't just use minoxidl, but you get the idea.

This is just gonna be a small thread detailing what I'm currently using in my routine for my eyes, as well as what I've used in the past. I'll go over what I do and don't recommend based on my personal experience. Went from this ~ 1.5 years ago (my fake ID picture jfl)... To this today...

eyebags are due to prolonged tissue damage + anemia, i have to get surgery for it when im 18, i cant really fix it in any other way
