most people will tell you this is cope but I did it and it worked for me so here's what I personally did :
- bonesmash on mybrowridge ( very carefully cuz it's a very sensitive area )
- slightly frown all the time but not enough to cause any wrinkles, just enough to adapt your eyebrows to be lower at all time
- orbi occular training with your hands
- face massages ( for example : pulling your eyebrows slightly down on your eyes with your hands )

also sleep on your back if you don't already do to prevent getting more asymetrical.
