i dont think the thread should be used by 13 year olds personally, optimize health at 13-16, optimize looks after. optimizing health will subconsciously optimize looks. just my opinon

Optimizing looks at 13 while the skull isn’t as fused/perma as a 16 year old skull will help. Optimizing health is a must already
