I’ve been doing medial can this cutting and I’ve seen that the place has become longer. Does it make my eye look more positively tilted bcs I don’t rlly know its advantages

You mean medial canthus cutting?
It isn't worth it because if done properly, it will grow back, and in the end, it´ll be normal again, and if you botch it, you will risk getting blind.
Its use is that your canthal tilt is measured from the lacrimal caruncle/inner canthus (the inner part of your eye) and the most outside part of your eye, and it will give your eye a sharper look in general if your eye has a good, sharp canthus. (mark as solution?)

I’m doing it and I’m seeing a bit of results but now I’m just planing too grow my eyelashes and eyebrows and make them darker to support my eye area

you can do it but imo it aint worth it and of course youre gonnna see progress youre cutting skin lmao (mark my earlier response as solution for other people)
