Well your gonna need a Orbital Box Osteotomy for your protruding prey eyes, fat grafting for the UEE, fix the eyebrows with either a eyebrow tranplant or try and grow them, blepharoplasty for the scleral show and if all that aint good enough you can get orbital rim implants
