I deadass think I have the worst under eye support oat. Ik fat grafting would be ideal but is there anything I can do in the meantime to make it less discolored so I’m not walking around looking like a zombie.

think of it as a soft tissue camouflage, if you are planning on doing implants you need to predict how your soft tissue is going to behave afterwards, having the fat injected before will make it less possible.
Also the fat is more likely to drop with time as your support is horribie

So implants should be done first as they will most likely fix 90% of the problems and they might even address the darkening completely to a point you wont even think of doing fat grafting later
