i have them, but somehow they are looking straight and not visible

Minoxidil on your eyebrows, eyelash serum (must have bimatoprost). For surgical procedure maybe a blepharoplasty, but the pic you used doesn’t tell much.

Also, just because you have asian eyes doesn’t meant it’s over. Are you gonna morph your whole skull to look white? Just max your own features

Having them feminine isn’t a bad thing tho, much much better than no lashes
