im stuck in this conondrum of wtf to do and what surgery to get later on, i have perfect downwards medial canthus, perfect eye shape, minimal scelaral show, good spacing, good canthal tilt, orbitals decent too, just lack of sleep makes it look bad, and my upper eyelid exposure, stops this all, it overpowers the good, and genuinly is horrible, its not too horrendus but makes a notcieable impact, what surgery do i get to get rid of it, becasue grafting just gets absorbed or that fat, so lmk what surgeries to get.

grafting only some gets absorbed just be very low bf when you get it done
