So I changed my eye area in 1 year
not writing a guide, because there are many guides here

but the most important things are:
minoxidil, train the muscles around ur eyes and dye ur eyebrows

Also to grow lashes use eye drops named bimatoprost(need to use them now as well)

Research before using them tho
