1. for eyebrows i would say just tint them with eyebrow tint or use a menpen .if you are scared of minoxidil theres really not much u can do.​
2. for lashes i would suggest latisse but that is expensive so if u want a cheaper one get Bimatoprost.​
3. for your sclera just get lumify but there wont be that much of a change​
