Okay so I think I’m going to under go canthoplasty maybe fat grafting and I have been thinking of titanium infras but a lot pepole say bone reabsorption, what do you think I can do for nasal labial folds maybe a para nasal implant

since your midface is very flat i think a lefort 1 would be the best option, along with infraorbital implants (not needed but would definitely help)

i dont think just oranasal implants will fix it

Bimax is indeed invasive procedure-wise... I

I mean it's not like you'll feel anything after the anesthesia lol

But the aftermath and the recovery is not that bad also, especially with the painkillers they give, it's uncomfortable at best but not that invasive after the surgery. The recovery is long also..

But if you really want to mogg Bimax or Midface Implants is there...

You only live once tbh, either you get it or not

thats true, but the only other way is a custom lefort 3 with added lower maxillary repositioning and a bsso, which could be extremely hard to find and terra expensive
