Eye area

My under eyes are a little dark and I have a smile lines visible even when I’m not smiling. How do I make my eye area better.

take a normal front pic it's pretty hard to know when your doing from a angle where ur looking down, your eyebrows look kinda short though so derma roll the edges and see if they extend in length
