grow your eyelashes and eyebrows thicker, thats all you can do

Under eye area looks dark.
Make sure that you sleep well and if its still not fixed then try using a concealer

minoxdl for eyebrows and lashes idk if you want to use oral or topical i think topical is best choice tho

use caffeien serum for under eye bags, shape the eyebrows and dye jet black if u want thickness, and make sure u get enough sleep but im mirin MTN eye area
