lose some weight, i can tell ur holding onto a bunch of weight, get better sleep, there is protocol out there to help reduce dark circles even more

Thanks, yeah i notice my eyes have lots of puffiness and look odd, do i have potential atleast?

Hard max and maybe something for ur under eye pigmentation.

Yeah I'll see a doctor for it, its because I'm insulin resistance, im holding onto lots of weight yeah,
