Eye aria few year difference

first thing is obviously fix the messed up brows, darken em, grow it out etc… same with my lashes. Now I’ve noticed the my noise has gotten wider which doesn’t help with my ipd. Let me know if I should consider a ryno. My noise isn't arched or anything but it has a hump. And I want my canthus to be longer and sharper but that would only make my ipd appear closer which honestly just sucks.
