Eye Asymmetry fix?

One eye is more closed than the other.
How do I fix this eye asymmetry?
I think it's one of my biggest flaws and it's the only significant flaw I don't have a plan for.

I don't see it but nonetheless eye spacing is only really fixable with OBO which has a terrible ROI
