eye asymmetry

my right eye sits slightly lower than my left however also my right upper eyelid is a little lower set than my left one making the right eye appear like a bit smaller/ sleepier any fixes for this? (mosly the eyelid part cause the one eye sitting lower might be skeletal asymmetry so its over)

you could try oxymetazoline eyedrops as a beta agonist to raise the eyelid
