Eye bags and infra orbitals

I believe that I have recessed infra orbitals plus eye bags cause by pigmentation
Now in this will a caffeine serum or a peptide serum get me some results?

honestly i fucking hate caffeine serum, its supposed to depuff and shi but not remove the eyebag obviously but in my experience it doesnt even do that maybe others have some kind of effect from it but istg from my perspective I just wasted 15 bucks to get dry eyebags and no benefit

i swear its all fucking cope ive tried 2 diff caffeine serums and guess what my eyebags barely had any change
