how do i get rid of these eye bags

asked ai and i got a few options
1: concealer 1 shade lighter
2: cold spoon

its not swelling but just dark circles

The hollowness is genetic so only filler or fat grafting will get rid of that

You can however use hydroquinone or smth and bleach the skin to make it look lighter
