An other guy told me something about fillers and maspe is that what you are trying to tell me? Still thanks tho

looks like recessed infras

maspe will help push zygos and maxilla outward and forward (works on any age but best before 25 when sutures and freshly closed)

simply get undereye fillers, i have the same issue but a maspe will be a better permanent option

if your younger than 17 and sutures arnt closed get a palate extender

maspes only needed when maxilla sutures close

just say you have a hard time sleeping or something or hard time breathing especially if you play sports

send pic of upper palate

Its kinda narrow and i will have an apointment soon because of my overbite i will ask them then for an palate expander or whatever

This is due to the anatomical position, and as stated, only implants or fat grafting can correct it. There is also a less effective method with Volufilin.

So apparently i dont need a palate expander since mine is fine but what i do need are two metal thingis on both off my sides to fix my overbite and my midline shift and i read some posts about people telling that these ascended them crazy

your ortho will always tell you that you dont need a palate extender or marpe if they simply arnt trained to do it

I have them too and ill Def get fat grafting because its the safest option
Theres only 3 solutions fat grafting fillers or implants( not for everyone you need to quality for an implant in This area)

only reason they said you didnt is because you have braces on

youd benefit from it, but just get fillers or fat graphs for now

or get a maspe it shouldnt give you a major front teeth gap
