heres what youre gonna do - use concealer to fraud having bones. just find your color and put some under your eyes.

I also have recessed infras but you can reduce the eye bags by iceing your under eyes and doing limfatic massage with hands or guacha also drink enough water and then wear a eye bags cream it make the dark looking eyebags go away but since you do u have recessed infras it will still be there but a lot less noticable .hope this helps
