Theres something I don't think is talked about nearly enough for eyes overall, eye trauma. Now I have only heard this, has not been confirmed please don't try it without your own research. So by theory causing trauma to the eye creates so called "Pigment Dispersion" meaning your eyes lose pigment meaning they become blue. Of course eye color becoming blue? Yea no fucking way right? But no cause trauma (eyes being damaged or hit) can give you pigment dispersion.
HOW TO DO IT/ GET IT (most likely)
1. have hands
2. hit your pupil dont give yourself a black eye just hit it in the sense your knocking on a door ( 1 to 2 minutes )
3. consistentcy
4. bonus if you have allergies and rub ur eyes when they get itchy or just rubbing ur eyes really hard till u start visualizing flashes (1 to 2 minutes)
Side effects are vision blur, light sensitivity, and potential blindness if you do it for like 5 years daily or just a really long ass time.
Most likely takes longer for people with darker eyes or no blue in their eyes at all but everyone reacts to eye trauma different
I have tried it myself and it is starting to show results pretty well only done it for 4 days now and have seen blue start to appear from the outer ring.
Now if you want to avoid vision loss or blindness dont do it long term do it till you feel its enough or if you start getting blurry vision stop doing it but its entirely your fault if you go blind.
