I used daily 10 drops of topical 5ml Moxifloxacin

Moxifloxacin iris depigmentation is a result of Bilateral Acute Iris Transillumination (BAIT) which is irreversible and leads to the following downstream effects:
  • Acute destruction of the iris pigment epithelium
  • Massive pigment dispersion into the anterior chamber
  • Damage to the iris sphincter muscles
And this can result in functional issues like:
  • Photophobia
  • Abnormalization of pupil shape
  • Pupil dysfunction
  • Elevated intraoccular pressure
People with naturally light eyes have translucency but NOT pathological transillumination (like you’re inducing with Moxifloxacin)
  • Light-coloured eyes are translucent because of less melanin in the anterior iris stroma.
  • The iris pigment epithelium (IPE) on the back of the iris is still intact in healthy people, regardless of eye colour.
  • This means the iris still blocks bright light, controls pupil shape, and functions normally.
In Moxifloxacin-induced BAIT, the “lighter eyes” from transillumination is due to tissue damage, not just low pigment.

You’ve given yourself iris damage to go from brown eyes to brown eyes, by the way.

JFL at this chat gpt shit and your brutal sub80 iq what happened to me is BADI not  BAIT if you cant tell the difference between them don't write a word on this topic ever:lul:

Your room temp greycel IQ has no idea what you’re doing. Once you start having vision problems you’ll see what damage you’ve really causing yourself.

And bullet-points = ChatGPT now?

You can go ask your ophthalmologist, BAIT is the hallmark moxifloxacin-associated reaction ESPECIALLY at 10 drops a day long-term.

Fucking idiot, this forum laughs at you blinding yourself retard. Nice brown eyes though :feelshah:

just different lighting, judging from the slight skin tone difference due to the difference in brightness, i could be wrong tho

bhai BADI is what happend to me

BATI only happen when you use oral Moxifloxacin and the chance of it happend to you is pretty low due to to the fact that The majority of reported cases are BADI only

However I'm going to visit the ophthalmologist soon and ask him about this
