So I’m planning on trying ElBastardos guide on eye lightening and I already have dark blue eyes but I’m planning on trying to make one of my eyes lighter for the Heterochromia halo so I’m wondering if it works and if it does will it have an effect on blue eyes?

no you can't change eye color unless you go through surgery because melanin in eye doesn't work like the melanin in skin, melanocytes in the eyes don't change after childhood so i would recommend to not even bother with this cope method
