Eye color is more noticable and when you have bigger but not necessarily rounder eyes, just wide PFL. Problem is, most people don’t have enough bone structure or forward growth to support having large eyeballs and irises so they end up with incel bug eyes regardless of color. Most people with hunter eyes don’t have very big eyes either though. Chico is an exception, and the morph where he has blue eyes (@TheLurch profile pic) looks even better. Meanwhile, a Chinese person, for example, with super small and super slanted eyes won't benefit from eye color no matter how light or rare it is.

It depends on where you live. In most places light eyes are ideal. In some Euro countries brown eyes are a lot better.
