I'm not even sure white skin is healthy. Melanin means you can harness energy from the Sun just like a solar panel. It's a superpower. Meanwhile I have proof that colored eyes are healthy and that we all have them under a layer of toxicity.

I think that’s a waste of time but you do you. You’re right though, I traveled to a poor area in South America and they had amber eyes but they didn’t have too much food to eat so they weren’t perfectly developed either. They ate mostly carbs so I took that to mean that carbs don’t congest the lymphatic system. They didn’t have money to eat soft drinks or processed foods. Regardless, you shouldn’t stress about the eye color, it won’t improve your looks very much.
