Eye color is not that big of a hailo if you're white tbqh

I think only brown med people may benefit from it, if you have fair skin eye color don't make such a difference, unless it's highly bright.

The hailo of eye color is contrast, if you're a white anglo guy with normal medium/dark-blue eyes, it's not something surprising to most people.

As I said before, highly bright eyes probably is indeed a hailo, dark/medium-blue or green eyes not so much.

At night, someone with dark-blue eyes is literally the same as someone with brown eyes, not really that big of a difference.

Tanning + Bright eye color is another deal, but then we're not talking about purely eye color being a hailo by itself alone.

light eyes in general are cope because unless they are close to A10 no one will even notice unless they look directly into your eyes
and even then it will look murky

The first guy has very bright blue eyes, not your average blue eyes, and it's a hailo to his looks because of the contrast with his dark hair and eyebrows, not his skin color... eye color is all about contrast at the end of the day.
