no safe ways, eye surgeries always fuck you in the ass. They always saying it's 100% guarantee that you'll come out right, that's true for the first week everything might be good then your eyes will be fucked for life.

Contacts are the way to go, I would reccomend green emerald color if your a lighter skin color so your eyes can look more defined
