its not about the eye color it's about the visibility of your limbal ring and pupil.

It’s also about skin to eye contrast. My eyes are blue with not a great limbal ring but I have very tanned skin which creates a good contrast and gets my eyes complimented a lot. Plus thick dark brows and lashes
