i had a severe lazy eye meaning that my right eye would look a different direction to the left. got surgery. mine wasn't occurring constantly but happened often, and it didn't effect my vision so the surgery was purely for aesthetic purposes

nonetheless i was insecure of it, so unfortunately i do not have any photos of it actually happening but essentially whenever i would look upwards my eye would be misaligned completely

these two photos were taken in the exact same lighting. i wasn't told about the permanent slight redness when i got the surgery, so that's my only regret

these two photos are taken in the exact same lighting approx 1.5 yrs apart. the first photo is two weeks post surgery

yes i'm aware this isn't a conventional looksmax surgery, just sharing my experience with it, seeing as a lazy eye is not super super uncommon

apologies for the repost i accidentally put this in the ratings section initially

recovery is quite long. your eye will be noticeably red for atleast 6 months, with the first 4 weeks being very extreme. you can't open your eye for the first 10 days post either. i was on opioids for a couple of weeks (which the surgeon prescribed) it's quite uncomfortable, but it's a fairly common surgery so most optometrists are familiar with it. defo an option and not out of reach.

i have been explained to before that the sooner the surgery the better as apparently it's a far less effective surgery as you age.
