Does those eye exercises work the ones where you have too look as far left as you can and then as far right and also up and down in order to get deep set eyes or is that just cope in that case what could I do to achieve them?

its probably cope but i did this a lot before and i think my eyes look more compacted but it might placebo

realistically? surgery

mostly cope but if you ice your face it can tighten the skin temporarily making your eyes look a little more hooded/deep set because it reduces UEE, keep in mind this doesn't last very long
