If you have a tear trough in the eye region, which presents itself as a hollowing of the orbital rim that surrounds the eye, then dermal filler can provide you with structural support. The hollowing of the orbital rim can cause a shadowing of this area, giving a darker appearance. Raising this hollow will alleviate some of the shadowing, making your skin more even with the surrounding tissue.

If you do not have any hollowing of the tear troughs, yet still have dark circles, then dermal filler will not help. These dark circles are usually genetic, and are usually related to poor lymphatic drainage.

And nothing can be done about bad lymphatic drainage? Is there a way to tell if the year troughs are hollow?

There's increasing evidence that PRP can be injected into the under-eye region to address dark circles that can persist because of poor lymphatic drainage. PRP addresses skin quality and texture, and filler addresses hollowing and structural support. You'll know if the area is hollow if you can see a depression in the area, and if you can see the bony orbital rim.

just get makeup for dark circles , its such a minor thing that i cant even call it frauding
