Anyone have any idea what these folds are under my eyes and how to get rid of them? Neither of my parents have them so I’m thinking I got slightly cooked.

Nonsense responses tbh. You should do nothing about it cos its not decreasing your appeal.
Different thing is orbital wrinkles like this on the left:
