Eye fold

As u can see my left eye doesn’t have a fold like my right eye does. now I would prefer that my right eye doesent have a fold so it looks like the eye without a fold would that be possible without surgery? but naturally and if no then I would consider eye tapes so that my other eye gets a fold instead but I’d prefer it if I lose the fold's
