My one eye naturally stays more open then the other one what can i do to make them symmetrical

Poke them out of the Socket and wait for natural adjustment

i havee the same, get more sleep its much less exagerated when ur not tired and if its too different slightly squint with that eye

eye training, or get urself some glasses and put a thing infrint if the weak one, i did that
