My left eye hurts since two days

It seems a bit swelled and bulging

Right one is normal

Please help I already have 4 autoimmune diseases

You should see a doctor as soon as possible. Since you already have multiple autoimmune conditions, any new or worsening symptoms—especially swelling and bulging in one eye—should be evaluated by a medical professional.
