should be permanently. your eyes have a set amount of melanin you are born with and it doesnt regenerate. ive read lots of anecdotal reports of women claiming they have successfully done it plus there are no negative effects so its worth at least trying. the supplements have studies claiming to be good for skin/antiaging/inflamation/joints. the eye drops are good for general eye health.
