uhh H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) is going to make you blind dude, its not a poison and can be ingested, but i would never put that in my eyes without some kind of basic solution first mixed to neutralize it, i know MSM is slightly acidic, most likely not enough balance out the basic h2o2, can someone else find the chemicals presented? i know the h2o2 is diluted 400x, DMSO is also weakly acidic.

I have done laser depigmentation so I know how it works.
Also, have you an idea of the price of a laser? The laser you find on doctor office? If you have the money to buy a laser you have the money to travel ans having the depigmentation done by a doctor!
