Eye muscle exercises are cope

Ever since i been doing orb oculi exercises i have gotten more uee

Like a year ago i fixed my uee by squinting every minute of the day and it worked and got no uee

Now i started doing orb oculi exercises to see if it does anything and it made my eye area worse

Anybody experienced the same shit or just me

no shit that moving ur eyes up and down won't change ur orbitals
if anyone believes that shit they should shoot themself
