Eye shape and tilt are way harder to fix than a recessed jaw. Bimax is a very common surgery that has yielded thousands of great results. Meanwhile cantho is way more finnicky. You might not get a godlike jaw, but it'll break the threshold most likely.

eye tilt, you simply raise the canthus with cantho (if the nct was structural and not just the effet of an illusion fo droopy upper eyelid anyway)
eye shape, you simply do canthopexy, get saddled infra rims, lower the brow, do fillers

there are easy solutions to all the problems that may face an eye area

Both not quite that simple and sometimes don't look good. Raising the lateral canthus can result in feminine pct. Plus most people are hesitant to mess with the eyes because getting blind is fucking brutal, so even the slightest chance scares them away.
