An easier solution is just to consider Latisse, Minox, etc., if you think your eyelashes are short

Yes i am considering latisse, but what do you think about the periostial fat atrophy? Also, do you think i have excess paraorbital fat. I feel as if my UEE is actually too low. Thoughts?
